Maid's Canyon Weddings is a picturesque venue located in Central Oregon sagebrush country.. I love sharing my garden with you and specialize in flowers everywhere. . Maid's Canyon Weddings is on 40 acres of secluded property located twelve miles north of Madras, Oregon, an hour from Bend, and about 130 miles from Portland.
Pricing is $3800 for up to 150 guests
My husband and I built our log home on this property over 40 years ago. We have been sharing our property for weddings for since 2015. It is a privilege and a joy to offer an affordable venue for your wedding!
The bride enters the ceremony site rose garden through a rose arbor and the aisle is paving stones so you won't be dragging your beautiful dress through grass.
All you will hear is peace and quiet and birds singing at Maid's Canyon.
The large tipi is a fun and awesome bridal suite. It has a heating and cooling unit for your comfort.
There is a groomsmen area in the barn loft.
The party barn is the ideal place to set up your reception.
Your tables can be set up on the beautiful lawn adjacent to the barn.

The deposit is $900 which reserves your date and is 1/4 of the venue fee.
Yes. After you put down a deposit, three payments of $900 can be scheduled.
She acts as a day of event coordinator. She arrives 2 hours before your event and can help with decor if you need it. She will help you stick to your timeline, answer any questions, problem solve any "hiccups", monitor bathrooms and garbage cans for servicing, help vendors find their set up places and anything else that may need an extra hand.
In the spring I recommend 2-3pm, in the hot summer months 4-6pm, and in the fall 3-4pm.
A licensed liquor vendor is required. This includes beer and wine.
You can do some set up Friday when you come for your rehearsal. On the day of your wedding, you will have access from 10 am to midnight. Your reception may continue until 10 pm which will give you 2 hours for tear down and clean up.
You may do some decorating on Friday but the details are usually added Saturday.
Yes! We have round wood slabs, glass cake stands, vintage blue mason jars, 4 wine barrels, vases, wood stumps to create height on a dessert table, cake knife and servers, and various hand made signs. You are welcome to borrow these at no charge.
Rehearsal is usually Friday afternoon or early evening.
